This is footage from the first Norther Plains Skydiving meet in 2009. Along with some post-competition skydives.

4-way competition video is a different animal from creative video. The trick is in flying nearly directly above a formation, on the edge of, or even in their 'burble'. (The unstable air behind any object traveling through the atmosphere at speed.)

Here are some good dives, some less than desirable dives, and one example of what happens when the camera-flyer catches that 'burble' just right. Or wrong.
